Processing time

All orders are processed 1-3 business days after order is received. If order is placed before 2pm EST product will be shipped same day or next business day. (business days do not include weekends.) I will process all orders in the order they are received.

Shipping time

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information (if available). Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Delays

I will make all efforts to make sure your orders arrive quickly, however shipping delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or holidays. Unfortunately these are outside of my control.

My name is Ashley Ridgeway, I am from a small town in East Tennessee. I have always been so in love with everything western. The clothing, the jewelry, and the lifestyle. From a young age I was the only person in my family to have this passion and I knew I had to do something with it, so i decided to start silversmithing and i fell in love with it. Each piece is made with love and i feel like each one has a little part of my personality. I get so much joy out of making each and every piece.
